■ 1. Fire Element – Heart and Small Intestine

Begin with a soft, crimson red light glowing in your chest.
It’s warm but steady—like quiet embers.
Feel this light spread calm, joy, and spirit.
Let your breath deepen. Rest here for a few moments.
Then gently guide the red light downward to your belly—the Earth element.

■ 2. Earth Element – Spleen and Stomach

The red light transforms into a golden yellow glow, centered in your middle.
This light offers stability, nourishment, and support.
Let yourself feel held.
Breathe into your center.
Now allow this golden light to rise into the chest and arms—becoming Metal.

■ 3. Metal Element – Lungs and Large Intestine

The yellow light becomes a clean, pearly white mist.
It flows through your lungs, bringing clarity and release.
Let it soften old grief and welcome clear breath.
Feel simplicity and purity return.
Then send this white mist across the ribs and into the sides—toward the Wood element.

■ 4. Wood Element – Liver and Gallbladder

The white transforms into a soft green, like new leaves in spring.
This green light spreads into your ribs and sides.
It brings vision, movement, and inner direction.
Breathe into growth and flexibility.
Now allow this energy to flow downward—becoming Water.

■ 5. Water Element – Kidneys and Bladder

The green turns into a deep indigo blue or inky black.
It gathers in your lower back, kidneys, and pelvic basin.
This is your well of life force—quiet, strong, enduring.
Feel courage and deep wisdom here.
Let it nourish and cool the Fire as the cycle completes.

■ Closing the Cycle

Bring awareness back to the heart.
Feel the whole cycle gently integrated within you.
